Our customers will receive a “live” customer service representative 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.

While others have adopted automated attendants, employed expanded e-mail communications or in general seek less personal service, Dik Drug Co. seeks methods to improve our ability to serve our customers to greater personal standards.

While our standard customer service hours remain Monday through Friday, 8:00am-6:30pm, calls received after these hours will be answered by our alternate call center representatives. These representatives have the ability to handle most of the common customer service issues but most importantly will also be responsible to accept any emergency calls.

In the case of an emergency, our representative will qualify the problem and then contact the appropriate “on call” associate who, in turn, will contact you directly to assist.

We appreciate your business and feel assured this improved procedure will assure the exceptional customer service you deserve.
